How to Identify and Pull From Your Philanthropic Bench: Tapping Into Gen Y & Z Donors

Dominique Calixte,

Associate Director of Annual Giving & Special Events, YW Boston

Wednesday, 7/21

1:00 - 2:30pm

Philanthropy has been focused on the traditional old, white, and wealthy donor base. This thinking has nonprofits focus on Boomers and Gen Xers as donors and leaving other generations on the giving sidelines. Millennials are now a 1/3 of the workforce, and Gen X is moving into the workforce; now is the time to veer from that thinking.

This training will prepare you and your organizations a step further because you will walk away equipped with the knowledge and resources to include Millennials and Gen Z in your fundraising strategy successfully.
